Inspect

At the beginning of every visit out Team Leaders inspect the entire location, noting which areas need attention. Obviously, this includes the basics such as trash disposal and restroom cleaning. In addition, our professionals will look for any potential problem areas such as cobwebs, dust in corners, marks, on walls, and stained carpets.

Clean

Our team leaders then orchestrate and implement the cleaning strategy for that particular visit, making assignments and ensuring proper completion. We take particular pride in our attention to detail.

Dust

After cleaning, our team makes a detailed dusting sweep of your entire place of business. We won't just move the dust around; we will completely remove it. Dust carries allergens and can contribute to an uncomfortable work environment and we regard removing it as paramount to a quality custodial process.

Disinfect

Nothing reduces a workplaces overall efficiency more than lost time to sickness. This is why we have made disinfecting a step all to itself. Put simply, this process ensures that every surface is thoroughly disinfected. This includes items typically thought of such as restroom appliances, and door handles, to tables, chairs, countertops, and keyboards.

Secure Exit

Before leaving, our Team Leader will inspect you place of business, checking for any missed areas, also ensuring that everything is secure. He or she will then leave a receipt of our visit, signed and dated, with a detailed list of every task completed, and he or she will set your alarm and lock you building. Only a team leader has access to your Keys and Alarm System Codes.
